Kathryn Goodson, FNP, APRN-BC
Kathryn Goodson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who combines traditional medicine for men and women with a root-cause approach to support overall wellness, healthy aging, hormone health, weight management, and peptide therapy. Kathryn practices under Florida's Autonomous APRN framework. This designation allows her to independently evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, and manage care for her patients.
Formerly with Millenium Physician Group, Kathryn brings thousands of hours of clinical experience and expertise to her patients. She has oversight from a Supervising Physician for Aesthetics treatments and protocols applicable to Florida statutes.
Kathryn's approach centers on continuity: one clinician who knows your history, your goals, and your labs over years, not minutes. At SOZARA, that means longer visits, proactive screening, and a longevity-focused lens applied to everyday primary care. Your long-term health, goals, and desired outcomes are a priority.
Kathryn's background personally and professionally is what compelled her to Co-found SOZARA Health and Longevity with her husband, Chad Goodson.
Kathryn is a proud adoptive mom of five children, two cats, and a Siberian Husky.

SOZARA is the combination of two root words. The first “SOZO” is the Greek word in the Bible that means “healing.” The second is a Latin word “ZARA” that means “radiance.” Combined to form SOZARA, it means “radiant healing.”
