How this program is delivered
Functional-medicine intakes work well both in-clinic and by telehealth. Lab draws are coordinated at Quest, LabCorp, or in-clinic in Palm Coast/St. Augustine.
What's included, what's separate
Functional medicine is included across the Essential, Premier, and Signature Concierge tiers to the extent your plan of care requires it. Membership covers the provider time, messaging, and coordination. Medications, specialty labs, and supplements are not included in membership; they are billed separately at transparent cash-pay rates, and receipts can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
