We want every patient to be able to read, navigate, and use this website, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we assess this site as partially conformant: most of it meets that standard, parts may not yet, and we keep working on the parts that do not.

What we do

• Every page is tested against automated accessibility audits before it goes live, and we treat a perfect audit score as the passing bar, not the goal.
• Our color palette is contrast-audited for readable text, including small text on tinted backgrounds.
• The site works with a keyboard alone: visible focus styles, logical order, and dialogs that trap and return focus properly.
• Animations respect your device's reduced-motion preference and are decorative, never required to understand content.
• Headings, landmarks, and labels are structured for screen readers, and images that carry meaning have text alternatives.

Known limitations

Some third-party content we embed or link to, such as maps and external booking or payment tools, is controlled by its providers and may not meet the same standard. If one of those blocks you, contact us and we will help you accomplish the same task another way.
