Where care goes from month one to month six

- Ongoing — Photo-tracked progression, coordinated with hormone and functional care where relevant
How this program is delivered
Aesthetic treatments are delivered in-clinic in the Palm Coast/St. Augustine area only. Consultations may occur by telehealth prior to your first in-person visit.
What's included, what's separate
Aesthetic services are available to members as a separate menu with member-only transparent cash-pay pricing. Membership itself covers the medical care and provider access described in your tier; aesthetics visits are billed per treatment. Any medications or labs ordered as part of an aesthetics plan are not included in membership; they are billed separately, and receipts can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
