- Months 3–6 — Repeat labs, refined dosing, addition of adjunctive therapies (peptides, supplements) where indicated
- Ongoing — Quarterly labs, annual comprehensive review, medication management and refills
How this program is delivered
Initial consultation and lab draws typically happen in-clinic in Palm Coast/St. Augustine, with all follow-up visits and messaging delivered through secure telehealth statewide. Labs can be arranged at Quest or LabCorp locations near you across Florida.
What's included, what's separate
Hormone optimization — including BHRT and testosterone therapy — is a Premier and Signature Concierge program. It is not offered as an add-on to Essential, because thoughtful hormone care requires ongoing lab review, dose calibration, and messaging access that these tiers are built around. Medications and labs are not included in membership; they are billed separately at transparent cash-pay rates, and receipts can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
