- In-person visits at the Palm Coast headquarters when clinically indicated or when you prefer
How this program is delivered
Fully virtual care, with the option to visit our Palm Coast clinic. Lab draws are coordinated to the location most convenient to you across Florida.
What's included, what's separate
Telehealth is the primary delivery channel for every membership tier — Essential, Premier, and Signature Concierge. Membership covers unlimited provider messaging, virtual visits, and care coordination statewide. Medications, labs, and any in-clinic visits in the St. Augustine / Palm Coast area are not included in membership; they are billed separately at transparent cash-pay rates, and receipts can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
